i-amtv, a new multiplatform music video channel showcasing the best of Independent Asian Music has today announced its launch on Joost, the world's first broadcast-quality Internet television service.
Joost provides a new way of watching TV that combines the best of full-screen television entertainment with online interactive and community benefits, to bring an unprecedented selection of video content to viewers whenever and wherever they want.

i-amtv on Joost will run as both a video on demand service and as a continuous channel providing the best in Asian Indie Music from pop to rock, punk to grunge and hip-hop to electronica from Countries such as China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand. The channel will initially feature Music Videos, and later evolve to feature interviews, concerts, documentaries and user-generated content relating to Indie Asian Music.
The channel also intends to make full use of Joost’s interactive and community features.
